College of Nursing holds a series of scientific lectures about cancer

College of Nursing held a series of scientific lectures about cancer. These lectures were presented by Mrs. Carol El- Jabari, a specialist in cancer care, within the courses of Internal and Surgical nursing for the second and third year students at the College.
 
Mrs. El- Jabari provided statistics about cancer, how to be protected from it, its origin, types, its causes and the more vulnerable to infection. Emphasis was placed on many types of cancer such as breast, colon, and Lymphatic system.
The lecture also addressed the need to raise awareness about cancer among the Palestinian community as well as identifying ways for periodic inspection.
 
After a thorough discussion, the Staff and the students thanked Mrs. El- Jabari on her valuable information and effective role in raising the awareness and knowledge among students.
